Exemplary dishes such as the panzerotti stuffed with spinach, ricotta and mint, the risotto with shrimps and safran from Astypalea, the authentic Caprese salad and the sea bass ceviche display the Chef’s vivid inventiveness and originality. The all time classic mozzarella and basil pizza is a must and “Τhe Apple” dessert is undoubtedly a charm, both for the eyes and palate.
